How long does it take for Customer Support Services to respond ?

We strive to give our customers the fastest response as we fully understand that when someone makes an electronic purchase, they would want to get the product immediately. However, due to the nature of technology and occasional glitches on the Internet, delays are to be expected. Do not panic if you have not received an email acknowledgement because we probably know something has gone wrong with your transaction or registration process as we can monitor the login section to see if a customer has registered after payment and whether the customer has activated the registration to go to the download page. Often we contact the customers even before they realise they have had a problem. We normally respond immediately upon receiving an email from the customer and will advice the customer we are dealing with the problem and that we will email once we have resolved the problem. This can take from just a few minutes to a few hours depending on the actual problem we have to deal with, so please bear with us. Please do not panic.
